Event Description:

Learning to Cope Workshop  

This workshop series is designed for students who would like to learn strategies to cope with difficulties that are common among university students.

Location: S200 Medical Services Building

Each session is 1.5 hours and will be dedicated to one of the five topics listed below. This series of workshops is considered  a “drop-in” group, which means students can attend as few or as many session as they would like. Advanced registration for the workshop is not necessary, however, students are expected to show up on time for each session. 

The workshop topics are as follows:

1)      Coping with Negative Thinking:  ( March 8, 2017) 

2)
     
Coping with Stress:  ( March 22, 2017)

3)      Coping with Low Self-Esteem: ( April 5; 2017)

4)      Coping with Procrastination: ( April 19, 2017)

5)   Coping with Perfectionism: (February 22, May 2017)
