MINDFUL DE-STRESSING (Fridays)

Event Description:
For students who are experiencing some level of stress/distress. Students will be guided to practice a variety of mindfulness based meditations over the course of the six session group. Start your week-end off right by boosting well-being, balance, calm, peace and energy with guided mindfulness practice.
