Event Description:
Who is this group for: Students who would like to learn ways of managing their stress and negative emotions, such as depression, anxiety, anger or guilt.

This group will cover 3 different topics on Mondays (1:00 - 2:30 pm) 2017:

1. How to manage stress & negative emotions using the awareness wheel (Jan 16, Feb 13, Mar 13, Apr 3)
2. Enhancing communication skills using relationship enhancement tools (Jan 30, Feb 27, Mar 20, Apr 10)
3. Relaxation training using deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation (Feb 6, Mar 6, Mar 27, Apr 17)
