Event Description:

Learning to Cope Workshop  

This workshop series is designed for students who would like to learn strategies to cope with difficulties that are common among university students.

Each session is 1.5 hours and will be dedicated to one of the five topics listed below. This series of workshops is considered  a “drop-in” group, which means students can attend as few or as many session as they would like. Advanced registration for the workshop is not necessary, however, students are expected to show up on time for each session. 

3)      Coping with Low Self-Esteem: (Thursday, Dec. 15, 2016)

The workshop topics are as follows:

1)      Coping with Negative Thinking:  (Jan 19, Mar 2, Apr 6) 

2)
     
Coping with Stress:  (Feb 2, Mar 9, Apr 13)

3)      Coping with Low Self-Esteem: (Feb 9, Mar 16, Apr 20)

4)      Coping with Procrastination: (Feb 16, Mar 23, Apr 27)

5)   Coping with Perfectionism: (Jan 12, Feb 23, Mar 30, May 4)
