Event Description:
Who is this group for: Students who would like to learn ways of managing their stress and negative emotions, such as depression, anxiety, anger or guilt.

This group will cover 3 different topics on Tuesdays at Bannatyne (5:00 - 6:30 PM pm) 2017:

1. How to manage stress & negative emotions using the awareness wheel (Jan 17, Feb 28, Apr 11)
2. Enhancing communication skills using relationship enhancement tools (Jan 31, Mar 14, Apr 25)
3. Relaxation training using deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation (Feb 14, Mar 28, May 9)

Please call 204-474-8592 to make sure the group is running the week you are planning to come, and to ask which topic is being covered that week.  In some cases the room may change, however, the new location notice will be posted on the door of Room S200 Medical Services Building.
