Event Description:
This group is for student whose lives are being disrupted by anxiety and/or depression. This workshop is divided into four different modules that will provide tools to manage anxiety or depression in different situations. The teachings are based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy strategies that are proven to reduce anxiety and depression. No registrations required.

 Module 1.  Thought Monitoring and Challenging:

Module 2. Guided Relaxation and Mindfulness
Session: Tuesday, May 9, 2017  from 1:00 - 3:00 pm
Session: Monday, June 12, 2017 from 10:00 - 12 Noon

Module 3.  Using Exposure to Increase Tolerance 
Session: Monday, May 15, 2017 from 1:00 - 3:00 PM
Session: Tuesday, June 20, 2017 from 1:30 - 3:30 PM

Module 4. Practicing Effective Self-Care
Session: Thursday, May 25 from 10:30 - 12:30 PM
