Information sessions are for current UM students
(Fort Garry and Bannatyne campuses).


The International Centre is organizing an information session for international students on the subject of the Post-Graduation Work Permit. The session will be conducted by Jacques Therrien, an accredited member with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council and member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants.

Attend this information session to learn about the Post-Graduation Work Permit eligibility requirements and program criteria.  Topics will include how to submit an application to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), required documents, creating an online MyCIC account, and potential benefits of obtaining Canadian work experience as the holder of a Post-Graduation Work Permit.  

Please bring your UM student ID card.

Seating is limited. We cannot guarantee that all students will be accommodated.
Doors will close at 1:00pm
