Event Description: Join the Faculty of Science for the Science of Chocolate
Part of Third Thursday, Arts and Culture Days at the University of Manitoba
Aschenti Coco will be here with the “bean to bar” know-how providing information and samples.
Faculty of Science students will be on hand to discuss the microbiology (how chocolate is made), physiology (what chocolate does to our bodies), and neuroscience (why does chocolate make us happy) of this delightful substance.
