Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of this education activity the participant should be able to:
1. Review the evidence base underlying interventions for Opioid Use Disorder, including discussions on detoxification, harm reduction, psychosocial and pharmacological treatments.
2. Critically appraise the 2018 national clinical practice guidelines for management of opioid use disorders.
3. Discuss local developments in treatment of opioid and other substance use disorders.
